Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Revealz, operated by Orca Pod, LLC ("Revealz," "we," "us"), 45 Alpine Lane, Unit 66, Chelmsford, MA 01824. By using Revealz or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Revealz and to place an order. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. What we provide

Revealz creates interactive "reveal" pages for announcements and events, hosted at a link we provide (e.g. yourname.revealz.co). Features, themes, and options may change over time.

3. Your information & content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for the content you submit or publish through your page. You represent that you have the right to use any names, images, links, or other content you provide.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Add-ons (such as custom builds) and optional recurring items (such as hosting/extensions) are described at purchase.

5. Refunds & cancellations

We want you to be happy with your reveal.

• Out-of-the-box (standard) reveals: you may request a refund within 48 hours of your page going live.
• Custom builds: the hosting portion is refundable; the custom build/add-on work itself is non-refundable (it's made to order specifically for you).
• Case-by-case: even if a situation isn't listed here, you can submit a refund request and we'll review it. Not being listed doesn't mean you're not eligible: customer satisfaction matters to us, and we review requests in good faith.

6. Custom design add-on

If you purchase the Custom design add-on, we custom design your reveal instead of you picking from the catalog. A few things work differently for a custom order:

• Timeline: a custom design is not covered by the standard fast-turnaround promise. We target a first draft within 24 hours and guarantee one within 2 days; further iterations run about 24 hours each.
• Iterations refine, they don't redefine: once work starts, iterations can adjust timing, sizing, color, wording, and polish. They can't change the occasion or the fundamental concept of the original request: that's a new custom order.
• Your content stays private, always. Names, photos, dates, and your reveal message are never shared and never enter our catalog, exactly like every other Revealz customer. What may join our catalog is the stripped-down design itself: the visual treatment and layout, with all personal content removed and re-parameterized as a reusable theme. Custom design is priced the way it is because the design may go on to help build the next theme in our catalog; if you'd rather your design never be reused, just let us know at hello@revealz.co and we'll honor that.
• Credit, if you'd like it: we're happy to credit a catalog entry built from your design (e.g. "created for the Morrisons") if you'd like, entirely optional.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Revealz to create, upload, or share content that is:

• illegal, or that infringes anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
• sexually explicit, obscene, or harmful to minors;
• impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity;
• deceptive, fraudulent, spammy, or malicious (including malware).

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate a page or account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, at our discretion. Because reveal pages are hosted on our domain, we reserve the right to take down abusive content.

8. Intellectual property

Revealz, including our platform, themes, games, designs, and software, is owned by Orca Pod, LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates, code, or designs. You retain rights to the personal content you provide; you grant us a limited license to host and display it in order to provide the service.

9. Third-party links

Reveal pages may link to third-party sites (such as gift registries). We aren't responsible for third-party sites or their content.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Revealz available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orca Pod, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orca Pod, LLC from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using Revealz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Some sections (e.g. IP, liability, indemnification) survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
